You live outside of our local delivery area; will we deliver to you?

We are often able to deliver outside of our local area but this is dependent on the size and nature of your order. Please contact your nearest branch or visit the contact us page. For orders significantly outside of our local delivery area we are happy to quote you a price for your requirements using a courier or pallet delivery service appropriate to the goods you require. Again, please contact your nearest branch or visit the contact us page.

When will we deliver your order (local deliveries only)?

We aim to deliver most orders next working day or in some circumstances sooner.

However, during peak times this may not be possible and delivery can take up to 3 working days. At checkout please select a preferred delivery date and we will aim to deliver on this date but cannot guarantee it. We deliver between 07:00 & 17:00 on weekdays and between 07:30 & 12:00 on Saturdays but cannot specify a more accurate time. We will endeavour to meet any requests made in ‘additional notes’ at checkout such as AM/PM delivery, avoid school times etc but again we cannot make any guarantees.

Special order products (products that are not kept in stock) may take longer and you will be contacted once your order is received with an estimated delivery date. Alternatively, if an item is marked as ‘special order’ please contact your nearest branch who will be able to give you a clearer indication of a lead time prior to ordering.

Occasionally we may not have a product in stock. If this occurs you will be contacted once your order is received. Alternatively, you can confirm stock availability by contacting your nearest branch or visiting the contact us page.

Is there a minimum order?


However, with small deliveries on our own vehicles, for commercial viability and environmental reasons we may need to delay the delivery until we have another order in the vicinity, surcharge the delivery or, in extreme cases, ask that you collect the goods from the branch nearest to you, instead of us delivering the order to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Our local delivery fee is £15 (inc VAT). However, if you are starting a large project requiring multiple deliveries please contact your nearest branch or our Sales Manager, Nick Dawkins, via or 07894 412362.

How will your goods be delivered?

Most deliveries will be carried out on a large rigid vehicle with crane off load ability. Road access and weight limits will need to be considered before placing you order.
