Boris Johnson has announced a new lockdown for the country. You would have no doubt heard of the changes and may be asking what does this mean for our business?
We’ll be open as usual – we’re an essential operation, so don’t stress, we’ll keep doing deliveries & collections as we are now.
We’re trying to keep things normal & help you guys keep going. Let’s all follow the rules & stay safe and we’ll get through this together.

We have found new ways to work to ensure everyone’s safety. As you know we all need to continue to be vigilant and carry out the all-important social distancing. In certain situations, this can be really tricky, so we may need to remind you to take care. There is no doubt it takes a bit of getting used to but by now we all know that good preventative measures such as distancing and hand washing continue to be key.
At every branch we have looked at the way we serve you and made it safe to do so. At a couple of branches, we are still awaiting equipment to enable them to open the counter safely.
Our safety measures include:
• Operating with social distancing at all times
• Creating dedicated parking bays for collections
• Erecting protective clear screens at our counters
• Moderating the number of people in each of our shops
• Putting in place clear 2m queue markers
• Providing hand sanitiser gel both outside and inside our shops to encourage good hygiene levels
• Increasing our regular cleaning regimes
• Enabling our drivers to make contactless deliveries
We want to make the experience of shopping with us a happy and efficient one. Nevertheless, we are all having to learn to behave a little bit differently so if you don’t get a friendly handshake or manly hug, rest assured we do still love you! Good news is there’s still a place for friendly banter …. as long as you’re 2m away!
