The Collect & Save Promotion ("Promotion") is open to customers with a valid credit or cash account.  

Employees of Promoter (IBMG and its brands) their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate. 

The Promotion runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 inclusive. Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify. 

Customers will receive one (1) stamp for each qualifying collect order with a transaction value of £150 or more, excluding VAT. 

Only collect orders qualify for this Promotion. Delivery orders are excluded. 

Purchases of hire equipment, gift cards, and any other non-stock items designated by the Promoter are excluded from the Promotion. 

A maximum of one (1) stamp may be earned per trading day, regardless of transaction value.  

Stamps will only be awarded on completed transactions during the promotional period and cannot be claimed retrospectively. 

Returns, credits, cancelled orders, or refunded purchases may result in qualifying stamps being removed from a customer's total. 

Once a customer has collected ten (10) stamps, they will qualify to receive a £50 voucher from a third-party provider, subject to availability and the voucher issuer's terms and conditions. 

Vouchers will be issued in digital format only and will be sent to the email address associated with the customer's account. Vouchers will be distributed during Aug 2026 following verification of all qualifying purchases and stamp claims. The Promoter reserves the right to delay voucher issuance where additional verification is required. 

Customers may earn multiple vouchers during the promotional period, with one voucher awarded for every ten (10) stamps collected.  

Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred between customers, accounts, or branches. 

Lost, damaged, defaced, or incomplete stamp cards will not be replaced, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen stamp cards. 

Vouchers are supplied by a third-party provider and are subject to the issuer's own terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, exclusions, and redemption requirements. 

The Promoter is not responsible for the availability, quality, delivery, acceptance, or fulfilment of any goods or services provided by the voucher issuer. 

No cash alternative will be offered for vouchers unless required by law. 

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised voucher with an alternative reward of equal or greater value if the original reward becomes unavailable. 

Any queries relating to the redemption or use of a voucher should be directed to the voucher issuer. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers once issued. 

Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with any expiry date and redemption instructions provided by the voucher issuer. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and withhold, refuse, or reclaim stamps or vouchers where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
